This is a hands-on site leadership role, driving the project forward on a day-to-day basis while ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to programme.
The Role
- Manage and supervise day-to-day site operations.
- Lead gangs carrying out deep drainage and heavy civils works.
- Drive productivity and maintain programme targets.
- Coordinate subcontractors, plant and materials.
- Ensure the highest standards of health, safety and quality.
- Liaise with engineers, project management and the client.
- Resolve site issues quickly and keep works progressing. Essential Requirements
- Proven experience supervising heavy civils and drainage projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- SSSTS or SMSTS.
- CSCS Card.
- First Aid at Work (preferred).
- Ability to read drawings and coordinate site activities.
