MMC Workforce Solutions is recruiting an experienced Civil Site Manager / Civil Site Supervisor for a major civils project in Exeter. This is a hands-on site leadership role, driving the project forward on a day-to-day basis while ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to programme.
The Role involves managing day-to-day site operations, leading gangs on deep drainage and heavy civils works, driving productivity, coordinating subcontractors, plant and materials, and upholding high standards.
