QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER EXETER Location: Exeter, Devon Sector: Civil Engineering / Groundworks Start: Immediate / ASAP Competitive Rate Depending on Experience We are currently looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join a major construction project in Exeter. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining quality standards across the groundworks and civil engineering package. Scope of works includes: Groundworks Reinforced concrete slabs Foundations Drainage and underground services Concrete works Excavations and backfilling Associated civil engineering works Key Responsibilities: Implement and maintain project QA/QC procedures Prepare and manage Inspection Complete and maintain quality records and inspection documentation Carry out inspections of works against drawings, specifications and ITP requirements Manage concrete records, pour documentation and associated quality checks Monitor drainage, foundations, reinforcement and slab installations Raise, manage and close out NCRs Coordinate with Site Engineers, Site Management and subcontractors Ensure works comply with project specifications, drawings and relevant standards Compile han...
