MMC Workforce Solutions is recruiting an experienced Project Manager / Site Manager for a major civils and infrastructure project in the Exeter area. We are looking for a motivated, hands-on professional with a proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day site operations.
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and direct labour.
- Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Deliver projects to programme and budget.
- Liaise with clients, engineers and senior management.
- Maintain site records, quality documentation and progress reports.
- Drive productivity while maintaining excellent workmanship.
- Previous experience as a Project Manager or Site Manager on civils, infrastructure or utilities projects.

- CSCS Managers and Professionals Card
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
