You’ll manage and support key meetings, virtual or in person, ranging from prospect presentations to open enrollment, renewal discussions, RoadMap meetings, and mid-year checkpoints. You’ll create (or oversee) open enrollment communications and guides, partner with TPAs, carriers, benefits administration platforms, and payroll to build the open enrollment site, and ensure meeting materials are ready for pre-renewal, renewal, post-renewal, mid-year, compliance, Happy Client Check-Ins, and RoadMap conversations.
