Ce qui vous attend:

  • Conseil et Audit pour les Prêteurs dans le cadre des Financements de Projets (Project Finance), projets d’infrastructure ou d’énergie ou PPP (Partenariats Public Privé), sous la responsabilité du responsable du pôle Lenders Insurance Advisory (LIA) au sein du département Private Equity and M&A de Marsh.
  • Analyse des différents contrats du projet (ex : de construction, exploitation, crédit);
  • Analyse des risques du projet et leur allocation parmi les intervenants du projet;
  • Analyse des programmes d’assurances ou des polices d’assurances prévus pour le projet et la protection des intérêts des prêteurs (puis validation des polices);
  • Avis et recommandations dans l’intérêt des prêteurs, et émission de rapports (en anglais le plus souvent);
  • Echanges / négociations avec les parties prenantes (sponsors et leurs courtiers, prêteurs, conseils juridique et technique), en anglais ou en français.
  • Développement commercial de l’activité, auprès des Sponsors de projets (qui choisissent les conseils LIA) ou des banques (destinataires des rapports) ou d’autres partenaires.

Prérequis:

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un Master 2 juridique ou équivalent;
  • Un master en droit des assurances, ou d’une formation spécialisée en assurances serait un plus;
  • 4 ans et plus d’expérience en assurance est requise.
  • Les connaissances des structures de financement de projets/risques techniques et de construction seraient un plus;
  • Aptitude à analyser des clauses contractuelles et comprendre les risques d’un projet;
  • Maturité suffisante pour défendre son point de vue dans des situations où les intérêts peuvent être divergents (sponsors / banquiers prêteurs), notions en financement de projet;
  • Une excellente capacité d’expression, ainsi qu’à rédiger des livrables en anglais;
  • Maîtrise du Pack Office;
  • Anglais courant;
  • Capacité à rédiger des rapports et notes en autonomie;
  • Solide capacité d’analyse et de synthèse;
  • Capacité à travailler dans des délais courts et sous pression;
  • Qualités relationnelles.
