Sta jij tussen de klant en de verzekeraar in om de risico’s in kaart te brengen en contracten te plaatsen en onderhouden?
Als Broker op de afdeling Construction & Engineering ben je gespecialiseerd op het gebied van “technische” risico’s en verzekeringen.
De Construction & Engineering Brokers van Marsh Nederland zijn daarom het aanspreekpunt voor de verzekerden, adviseren hen op het gebied van risicomanagement, hebben contact met de verzekeraars en bemiddelen bij de totstandkoming van een verzekeringspakket op maat.
In geval van schade of andere problemen staan zij hun klanten met raad en daad terzijde.
Hoe kan je je als Broker onderscheiden? Met het volgende onderscheidend vermogen neemt de kans op slagen sterk toe:

- Je bent over een gezonde dosis aan relativeringsvermogen en zelfreflectie.

Met deze competenties en het onderscheidend vermogen in het bezit, verricht de Broker de volgende werkzaamheden:
- Het verrichten van reguliere en op termijn complexe (inter)nationale ondersteunende werkzaamheden.
- Het onderhouden van contacten met verzekeraars.
- Het adviseren van (potentiële) relaties op het gebied van Construction gerelateerde verzekeringen.
- Het op termijn uitbreiden van de portefeuille om commerciële doelstellingen te realiseren.
- Het sluiten van nieuwe verzekeringen bij verzekeraars en het serviceren van bestaande verzekeringscontracten.
- Het ontwikkelen, begeleiden en presenteren van verlengingsvoorstellen ten aanzien van verzekeringscontracten.
- Het opstellen van rapportages, met specifieke aandacht voor klantgerichte bevindingen en aanbevelingen.
- Competenties en vereisten
Als Broker beschik je over een MBO/HBO/WO opleiding (bijvoorbeeld Bank-en verzekeringswezen, bouw/techniek) en bij voorkeur beschik je over het diploma WFT Adviseur Schadeverzekering Zakelijk.
Werkervaring in de verzekeringswereld al dan niet in vergelijkbare functies is een pré.
Daarnaast beheers je zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal in woord en schrift.
