We are seeking talented individuals to join our Talent and Transformation team at Mercer Singapore.

, you will have the opportunity to work on consulting projects and assist in translating data into meaningful insights about HR trends.
We will count on you to
- Remain curious and adaptable when supporting the delivery of projects.
- Be mindful when creating well-researched deliverables.
- Collaboratively manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Assist in shaping strategies related to HR transformation, skills, job redesign, and employee engagement.
What you need to have
- Current university student, preferably specializing in Human Resources. Candidates from other backgrounds with an interest in HR consulting are welcome to apply.
- Available full-time for a minimum of 3 to 6 months, starting from August 2026.
- A passion for learning about various areas of HR.
