Estamos buscando a una persona talentosa para unirse a nuestro equipo de Sector Público en Marsh RE. Este puesto estará ubicado en Bogotá, Colombia. Se trata de un rol híbrido que requiere trabajar al menos tres días a la semana en la oficina.
El Gerente de Reaseguros es responsable de la colocación y estructuración de cuentas complejas, desarrollar soluciones innovadoras, asesorar y negociar con clientes, supervisar y elaborar documentación, identificar y atacar oportunidades comerciales y mantener relaciones estratégicas con aseguradoras y reaseguradoras, gestionando asignaciones de forma independiente y apoyando a brokers senior y support.

- Desarrollar y presentar soluciones y enfoques innovadores para las necesidades de los clientes y situaciones de riesgo complejas.
- Asesorar a los clientes sobre riesgos complejos del sector público y negociar, así como estructurar las colocaciones de las licitaciones públicas que se requieran.
- Responder de manera independiente a las consultas y preocupaciones de los clientes, resolviendo los problemas de manera rápida para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.
- Realizar la producción oportuna de los documentos de la cuenta/programa (Slips, revisión de documentos trascendentales de la licitación pública).
- Ayuda a identificar y perseguir oportunidades potenciales para captar nuevos clientes y proyectos.
- Manejar asignaciones de forma independiente y también puede asistir a Brokers de nivel más senior en la atención a clientes más grandes o complejos.
- Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con aseguradoras/reaseguradoras, clientes y colegas para ofrecer soluciones complejas a los clientes.
- Demostrar un amplio conocimiento de las líneas de cobertura, mercados y otros productos más especializados para servir mejor a los clientes.
Lo que necesitas tener:
- Profesional en derecho, contaduría, administración, economía, ingeniería o afines.
- Experiencia mínima de 5 años desempeñando roles de Broker de Reaseguros, manejando ramos de Property, líneas financieras, Responsabilidad Civil.
- Conocimiento del mercado reasegurador, preferiblemente del sector público.
- Indispensable: Nivel de inglés: B2-C1.
