Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) provides business insurance, employee health & benefits, retirement, and private client insurance solutions to organizations and individuals seeking limitless possibilities. With offices across North America, we combine the personalized service model of a local consultant with the global resources of the world’s leading professional services firm, Marsh.

A day in the life. This is a hybrid position, based out of our Location office, that may require in person client facing meetings. As our Employee Health & Benefits Account Manager on the Employee Benefits team, you’ll:

  • Manage annual planning timeline and ensure all client deliverables are prepared on a timely basis
  • Manage strategic planning, renewal & marketing, compliance, open enrollment, implementation and employee communication efforts for all assigned clients
  • Independently produce accurate and timely materials and consistently audit work product to minimize errors
  • Navigate our resources and leverage our carrier partners to advocate for and solve problems for clients, providing a great client experience and helping our retention efforts
  • Stay organized, prioritize and manage multiple tasks and proactively plan to meet deadlines and get in front of potential issues
  • Develop/simplify benefit guides

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current and valid Florida 2-15 insurance license
  • At least 5 years of account management experience within an insurance agency
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Detail oriented with strong time management skills

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Experience with EPIC
