We will count on you to:
- Be part of a fast-paced Learning and Development team that focuses on quality deliverables, teamwork, knowledge sharing and attention to details.
- Design, develop, and implement engaging and effective learning experiences that align with Darwin’s strategic goals and support our internal employees’ growth as well as deliver high standards training materials for our clients.
- This role requires collaboration with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create training solutions that enhance performance and drive business results.
What you need to have:
- Proven experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate or technology-driven environment. (+3 years)
- Strong knowledge of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning theories.
- Proficiency with elearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, Adobe Creative Cloud suite or similar.
- Proficiency in applying branding guidelines to specific materials.
- General knowledge of AI design tools.
- Basic understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging learning materials; strong SME communication skills.
- Solid self‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training effectiveness and learner outcomes.
- Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.

- Conduct needs analysis assessments to identify learning gaps and organizational training requirements.
