Marsh has an exciting opportunity for a GRADUATE to join our Commercial Team in our Office in San Jose - CLS Costa Rica.

We will count on you to:
- Be responsible for opening new markets, expanding commercial presence, and building a strong client portfolio.
- Comprehensively manage placements and negotiations with both markets and our commercial segments.
- Prepare the deliverables established for business segments.
- Draft proposal components and develop improvement initiatives in processes and negotiations that help Placement to win new business and opportunities.
What you need to have:
- New graduate or a bachelor’s degree with graduation no more than 4 years in Engineering, Economics, Administration or related careers.
- Internship experience or no more than 4 years, preferably in areas of finance.
- A high level of communication skills, essential for establishing good working relationships.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office—Word, Excel (Advanced), and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Power BI.
- English language fluency.
