Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor Property & Built Environment

An expanding Cost Management team in Nottinghamare looking for talented Cost Managers / Quantity Surveyors to join their thriving Property division. What You\’ll Be Doing

As a Commission Manager, you\’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, acting as the key client interface and ensuring objectives are met through value-driven cost management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial & budget management
  • Feasibility cost planning and design appraisals
  • Procurement, tendering, and contract documentation
  • Risk management and value engineering
  • Post-contract cost control: valuations, final accounts, claims resolution
  • Performance appraisal and contractor close-out
  • Supporting internal business initiatives and product development
