The Opportunity
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be at the heart of high-value, technically challenging projects, shaping them from concept through to completion. You'll provide strategic commercial leadership, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards — all while working alongside industry-leading professionals.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead feasibility studies and produce detailed procurement strategies
- Deliver accurate cost planning, estimating, and financial forecasting
- Manage tendering and procurement processes, including pre-qualification
- Oversee post-contract cost management and change control
- Conduct valuations and cost checks throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare monthly cost reports and final accounts
- Drive value engineering initiatives to maximise project efficiency
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants

What We're Looking For
- 5–10 years' experience in Quantity Surveying (PQS or contractor)
- Strong front-end estimating and cost planning expertise
- Solid understanding of modern construction methods (MMC)
- Experience with JCT and NEC contracts
- Proven ability across the full project lifecycle
- RICS qualified (or working towards) preferred
- Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying (or related field)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
