About the Role
- As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in delivering complex, high-value construction projects from inception to completion.
- Your commercial expertise and strategic input will guide clients and project teams to achieve outstanding outcomes on time, within budget, and to exacting quality standards.
- Lead feasibility studies and prepare procurement reports.
- Deliver accurate cost planning and final project estimates.
- Manage tendering and procurement processes, including pre-qualification.
- Monitor post-contract cost variances and lead change control processes.
- Conduct cost checks and valuations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare monthly post-contract cost reports and final accounts.
- Contribute to value engineering initiatives.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants across all phases.

What We’re Looking For:
- 5-10 years experience in Quantity Surveying (PQS or main contractor background).

- Familiarity with MMC, JCT, and NEC contract forms.
- Proven experience in full lifecycle cost management.
- RICS qualification (or working toward) preferred.
- Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
