The Role
As an Associate Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll lead the commercial delivery of projects from feasibility and cost planning through to final account. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of quality, value, and client satisfaction while helping to drive growth and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead feasibility studies and cost planning from concept to detailed design
- Conduct tender evaluations and support estimating activities
- Oversee procurement, tendering, and pre-qualification processes
- Manage change control, valuations, and cost reporting
- Review contract integration, support claims, and negotiations
- Apply value engineering to achieve best-value outcomes
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants throughout all project stages

A diverse portfolio ranging from £1m to £20m projects across: Education (Universities & Schools)
About You
- 10+ years experience in Quantity Surveying (PQS or Contractor)
- Strong front-end estimating and cost-planning capability
- Excellent knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
- Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying (RICS preferred)
- Strong and inspiring leader, coach, and mentor empowering the next generation of talent by sharing your experience and insight
- Proactive, detail-driven communicator who thrives on collaboration and problem-solving
