About the Role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you\’ll be at the forefront of major construction projects guiding clients and project teams from concept to completion. Your commercial insight and strategic advice will be essential to delivering successful outcomes on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies and draft procurement reports
- Deliver detailed cost planning and present final estimates to clients
- Lead tendering and procurement processes, including managing pre-qualification
- Monitor and control post-contract cost variances and change processes
- Perform accurate cost checks and valuations throughout large-scale projects
- Prepare and present monthly post-contract cost reports
- Contribute to value engineering and final account negotiations
- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants across all project stages
