Experienced Associate Director from a Quantity Surveying Background - HNC or Degree qualified. Chartered would also help. Essential experience within a Consultancy or Contractor Environment within the Rail Sector is required for this opportunity.

You will have a proven track record in work winning and the successful management of your client relationships and your teams and can demonstrate this at your interview.

This is a growing division and as such you will have a broad market for you to get your teeth into straight away. They want you, as you will possess strong client facing skills and be somebody who wants to make a difference. They want your skillset; this will include good commercial contractual knowledge and you obviously possess a strong team ethic. Growing your team will be an essential part of your role.
