Job Description: Consultant – Ipsos MMA

Overview

Ipsos MMA is seeking a Consultant to serve as a trusted partner to our clients in solving complex marketing and media optimization challenges.

About You

You are an experienced consultant or analyst with strong technical, communication, and client-facing skills. You bring experience in the media buying ecosystem and know how to interpret marketing data to tell a compelling story.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to understand marketing objectives and translate analytic findings into actionable strategies.
  • Leverage Microsoft Excel for data analysis and Microsoft PowerPoint for executive-level storytelling.
  • Interpret model results (MMM and/or MTA) to evaluate marketing effectiveness across channels (linear TV, digital, social, programmatic, offline).
  • Contribute to the design and execution of marketing measurement projects.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Present findings confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in media consulting, marketing analytics, or marketing strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of the media ecosystem (linear TV, digital, offline).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with marketing mix modeling and/or multitouch attribution.
  • Strong communicator with excellent client management and soft skills.
  • Experience across multiple verticals preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Python, R, or SQL is a plus, but not essential.
