Our client, a highly respected educational institution in Taunton, Somerset, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-time 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join their dynamic team. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the life of a student, providing individualised support and guidance to help them reach their full potential.
As a Full-time 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a single student, tailoring your approach to their unique learning needs and preferences. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing individualised academic support and guidance to a designated student
- Reinforcing and explaining lesson content to facilitate the student’s understanding
- Assisting the student with homework, project work, and other academic tasks
- Developing and implementing effective learning strategies and interventions
- Monitoring the student’s progress and adapting support as needed
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to the student’s learning and development
