SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Bristol
Salary: £88 – £95 per day
Contract Type: Full-time/Temp to Perm

M&M Supply, is currently working with several Primary and Secondary schools across Bristol, who are continuously looking for individuals to support young learners with additional needs on a 1:1 basis.

These roles may vary from KS1 up to KS4, who have been diagnosed with additional learning needs.

About the Role:

• Supporting teachers in the classroom to create an engaging learning environment.
• Assisting with the delivery of lessons and small group activities.
• Providing one-to-one support for students with additional learning needs.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and helping children develop confidence.
• Follow individual EHCP\’s for learners (should it be required)

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a school setting (Ideally SEN).
• A passion for working with children and supporting their education.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Right to work in the UK
• x2 Recent References
• A valid DBS check (or willingness to apply).
