Overview Job Title: Installations CoordinatorCompany: Alpha Marketing Scotland Ltd.Based: GlasgowReporting: Customer Service ManagerMain Purpose: To effectively contribute to all aspects of logistics for our Scotland division and oversee the cycle of order fulfilment. This will include liaising with the Customer Service Manager to ensure timely and effective customer deliveries and installations. This role will include extensive interaction with suppliers and staff who should be dealt with in a professional manner at all times.Key Tasks Check Installation Diary for scheduled dates, ensuring that customers are contacted in a timely manner to confirm timing and customer availability on the day of delivery/installationBooking in of product into warehouse/site, allocating products to relevant client orders and printing delivery notesCoordinate administration requirements of project delivery with external logistics providers, for example, the provision and sign-off of delivery notesLiase with the purchasing department to ensure deliveries are on schedule from suppliersCoordinate prompt and proactive responses to product quality and installation issues.Key Skills and Experience Qualifications – GCSEs to include Mathematics and English (or equivalent)Evident experience in an administration role.
