Location: Enfield (Brimsdown area)

Salary: £36-40k per annum plus benefits package + generous annual leave (on-site parking)

Hours: Full-time 8 am-4.30 pm

Working pattern: Flexible/hybrid working available

We're looking for an organised and enthusiastic Business Operations, Quality & Compliance Coordinator to join a well-established and growing company. This is a varied role supporting policies, management systems and working practices across 10 branches. You'll be involved in quality and compliance, ISO standards, internal audits, health and safety, supplier management and process improvement.

You don't need experience in every area, and industry experience isn't essential. Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone with a background in quality, compliance, auditing, business operations, risk or process improvement who is keen to develop their career.

Key responsibilities

  • Supporting company policies, procedures and compliance systems with use of IMS System
  • Helping maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards
  • Assisting with internal audits and preparation for external audits
  • Recording non-conformities and following up corrective actions
  • Supporting health and safety inspections and risk assessments
  • Liaising with managers across 12 branches
  • Monitoring supplier compliance and performance
  • Maintaining accurate records and identifying process improvements

About you

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience in quality, compliance, auditing, business operations, risk or process improvement
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Confidence dealing with managers, branch teams and suppliers
  • A practical, detail-focused approach
  • Willingness to travel to other sites within the network
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 27001, internal auditing or health and safety would be helpful but isn't essential.
