Are you looking to develop your career in quality and compliance? We have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Coordinator to join a growing business, supporting the company's Integrated Management System (IMS) and helping to maintain quality, health safety and environmental standards. This is a varied role where you'll work closely with different departments, including Purchasing, supporting compliance activities, internal audits and continuous improvement. Full training will be provided on the company's ISO management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the company's Integrated Management System (IMS)
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Maintain compliance documentation, policies and procedures
- Support supplier approval and purchasing compliance activities
- Carry out site inspections and assist with risk assessments
- Investigate non-conformances and help coordinate corrective actions
- Promote quality, health safety and environmental best practice across the business
About You
You'll have experience in a quality, compliance, health safety or business support role and be looking to develop your career in compliance. Experience in one or more of the following would be advantageous:
- Quality or compliance administration
- Internal audits or audit support
- Health Safety
- Quality Management Systems (QMS) or Integrated Management Systems (IMS)
- Document control
- Purchasing or supplier compliance
You'll be organised, proactive and have excellent attention to detail, with the confidence to communicate effectively across the business. Previous experience of ISO standards is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Onsite role - Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. Salary £34-40k (depending on experience level) + good benefits package + generous holiday entitlement.
