An exceptional opportunity for an accomplished PA/EA to support a CEO. This is a senior, highly trusted position requiring complete discretion, sound judgement and a proactive approach. You will manage a fast-moving mix of business and personal priorities, protect the CEO’s time and ensure every commitment is followed through.
The role:
- Manage a complex diary, inbox, meetings and international travel
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper and first point of contact
- Liaise confidently with senior executives, advisers, VIPs and key stakeholders
- Prepare presentations, briefings, agendas and meeting materials
- Track actions and drive commitments through to completion
- Coordinate personal, family, property and household matters
- Anticipate requirements and resolve issues before they arise
About you:
You will have at least five years’ experience supporting a CEO, founder or senior executive, ideally in a fast-paced international or entrepreneurial environment. You will need fast and accurate typing speeds, to take direct dictation from the CEO for all correspondence. Polished, commercially aware and exceptionally organised, you will be confident making decisions, managing competing priorities and handling sensitive information. Above all, you will be discreet, loyal, flexible and committed to delivering outstanding support. This is far more than a traditional administrative role.
