M&M Supply is seeking a proactive and reliable School Site Maintenance Assistant to help maintain a safe, secure, and well-presented site environment. Reporting to the Premises Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the premises, supporting compliance, maintenance, contractor management, site security, and health & safety activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of site management, ensuring facilities are safe, secure, and well-maintained.
- Deputise for the Premises Manager when required, assisting with the coordination of premises staff and contractors.
- Carry out routine inspections, compliance checks, planned preventative maintenance, and site safety testing.
- Monitor site security, including opening and closing procedures, alarms, and access control.
- Coordinate contractors on-site, ensuring works are completed safely and to a high standard.
- Assist with maintenance projects, room setups, porterage duties, and site improvements.
- Maintain accurate records, stock levels, and premises documentation.
- Support the organisation of events and activities outside normal operating hours where required.
- Promote and maintain a strong health & safety culture across the site.
