We are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Cardiff, supporting schools with day-to-day and short-term cover requirements. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in education, graduates considering a teaching career, or experienced Cover Supervisors seeking flexible work.
The Role
- Supervise whole classes using pre-set lesson plans
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
- Ensure students stay engaged and complete assigned work
- Liaise with teaching staff and school leaders as required
- Support the wider school environment when needed
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience working with young people (education, youth work, coaching, etc.)
