M&M Supply is proud to be recruiting for an experienced and passionate Careers & Pathways Leader to join a forward-thinking and ambitious Multi-Academy Trust in Bristol. About the Role
As Careers & Pathways Leader, you will design, implement and lead a strategic, trust-wide careers programme that meets statutory guidance and aligns with the Gatsby Benchmarks and national best practice. You will:
- Lead and manage the careers education strategy across multiple settings
- Develop high-quality progression pathways for students aged 11–18
- Build strong partnerships with employers, training providers, colleges and universities
- Coordinate meaningful work experience, encounters and enrichment opportunities
- Track, monitor and evaluate student destinations and progression data
- Support senior leaders in embedding careers learning into the curriculum
- Ensure compliance with statutory careers guidance requirements
This is a strategic and operational role, ideal for someone with leadership experience in careers education or post-16 progression.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Proven experience in careers leadership, guidance or pathways development
- Strong understanding of Gatsby Benchmarks and statutory careers guidance
- Experience working within a secondary school or multi-school environment
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and partnership-building skills
- Data analysis skills to track progression and destination outcomes
- A relevant careers qualification (e.g., Level 6 Careers Guidance) or willingness to work towards
You will be highly organised, forward-thinking and passionate about improving life chances for young people.
