We are in search of a dependable individual to join our team as a HGV Grab Driver. The successful candidate will be responsible for waste removal and aggregate delivery in the Bath, Bristol and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a small business, who prides itself on performance and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with others, including customers, to complete jobs.
- To drive Company vehicles in a safe and legal manner whilst keeping service levels high and ensuring daily work is completed.
- Make deliveries on time.
- Read and interpret documents such as truck manuals, maps, traffic signs, and highway markers.
- Complete daily work tickets and jobs
- Adhere to laws and regulations related to transporting goods by truck.
- Drive a 8 wheel grab.
Please note – our transport yard is based on the A46 Cold Ashton roundabout so you will need to commute. Transport will cover the wider areas of Melksham, Trowbridge, Chippenham, Bath, Bristol, Warminster.
