We are a small but rapidly growing construction company looking to appoint an experienced Senior Estimator to lead and develop our estimating function. This is a key senior role where the successful candidate will build and manage an estimating desk, with the opportunity to grow a team beneath them as the business expands. This role will suit a confident, commercially minded estimator who can work independently, take ownership of pricing merging workloads, and play a pivotal role in winning work and shaping our future pipeline.

Essential Experience & Skills
- Proven experience as a Senior Estimator within the construction industry
- Strong working knowledge of public tender portals and procurement processes
- Extensive experience estimating construction works across multiple disciplines
- Ability to confidently build and justify own rates
- Excellent understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and programme durations
- Advanced user of Excel
- Experience with Bluebeam or similar take-off/estimating software
- Confident navigating and interpreting schedules of rates
- Highly organised with the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage clients, consultants, and stakeholders
