MM Bradford is a secondary packaging manufacturer specialising in the Pharmaceutical and Beauty industry and offers deep market understanding gained through years of experience in these sectors.
Your Role:
- You will be supporting the tender manager where required in tender management activities including downloading bid details from customer portals and analysing/disseminating, co-ordinating the business quoting activity and response across multiple geographies.
- You will ensure tender processes are met and maintain compliance with process flow and daily activities.
- You will maintain company tender register & individual tender storybooks.
- You will lead coordination and project management of multi-component non-tender RFQs and single site and region product tenders.
- You will help consolidate and finalize bid documents and required supporting documentation.
- You will schedule & attend milestone calls pre & post cost and preparation of RFI information.
- You will create reporting and analytics from tender register, trend feedback into intelligence for wider stakeholder review.
- You will coordinate multi-departmental information gathering & analysis.
Your Profile:
- You have a graduate level or completed first year of business experience.
- You have ideally gained first experience in the printing and packaging industry.
- You are highly numerate, with strong attention to details.
- You have Excel skills on advanced level.
- You are passionate about Data Analysis.
- You have the ability to manage multi-workstream opportunities and coordinate to defined timelines.
