We’re now looking for a Studio Manager to join our New Product Development (NPD) team on a 9-month fixed term contract (with the possibility of extension), leading the seamless running of our sample production studio.

The Role

As Studio Manager, you’ll play a key role in overseeing the full sample lifecycle – from raw material procurement to final delivery. • Forecast and manage stock, materials, and equipment with minimal wastage.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and ensure samples meet specifications.
  • Work cross-functionally to align studio processes with project goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll have:

  • Proven experience managing operations or production, ideally within floristry, FMCG, or a creative/design environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent planning, organisation, and communication skills.
  • Experience with stock management systems (Rubicon experience desirable).
  • A keen eye for quality and detail.

What We Offer

  • 9-month fixed term contract, with possible extension.
  • Full-time hours: 40 per week (Monday – Friday, 8am–5pm).
  • Competitive salary (discussed at interview).
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata).
  • Company pension scheme.
  • Life assurance cover.
  • Free onsite parking.
  • Employee Assistance Programme.
  • Staff discount scheme.
  • Opportunities to grow and develop within a fast-paced, innovative business.
  • A friendly, supportive team environment where your ideas make an impact.
