Raw Material Administrator

Join MM Flowers as a Raw Material Administrator at our Alconbury site

Shifts: Wednesday–Saturday

Working hours: Full-time (average 38.5 hours per week)

Salary: £26,546.52 pa (£13.26 per hour)

We are looking for a proactive Raw Material Administrator to join our fast-paced production site in Alconbury. This is a key role in ensuring that raw material stock is accurately monitored, available for picking, and aligned with the production plan so operations run without disruption.

What you\’ll be doing:

• Monitoring live raw material stock levels to ensure availability for picking.
• Working closely with the picking and planning teams to keep production plans on track.
• Communicating with the technical team to agree stock concessions and movements.
• Proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact production.
• Keeping accurate records of stock movements and providing daily updates.

What we\’re looking for:

• Experience in stock control, inventory, production administration or a similar role.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with stock systems is a plus.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
