We’re looking for a Quality Manager – Plants to join our vibrant, fast-paced team in Chatteris (PE16 6EG). This is a full-time permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading quality assurance across our plants and plant-based gift ranges
- Inspecting incoming plant materials for size, health, and appearance
- Driving supplier compliance and resolving non-conformance issues
- Conducting audits, analysing data, and reporting trends
- Training, coaching, and developing a dedicated quality team
- Supporting new product development and customer quality expectations
- Collaborating across Procurement, Production, and Technical teams
- Keeping us always audit-ready with industry-leading standards
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in quality management, ideally within food, fresh produce, or gifting
- Strong knowledge of plant health, pests/diseases, and horticultural compliance
- A meticulous eye for detail and high presentation standards
- Confidence in data analysis, inspection records, and reporting
- Leadership qualities to inspire and manage a team
- Working knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS, and customer-specific standards
