We’re looking for a Quality Manager – Plants to join our vibrant, fast-paced team in Chatteris (PE16 6EG). This is a full-time permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading quality assurance across our plants and plant-based gift ranges
  • Inspecting incoming plant materials for size, health, and appearance
  • Driving supplier compliance and resolving non-conformance issues
  • Conducting audits, analysing data, and reporting trends
  • Training, coaching, and developing a dedicated quality team
  • Supporting new product development and customer quality expectations
  • Collaborating across Procurement, Production, and Technical teams
  • Keeping us always audit-ready with industry-leading standards

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in quality management, ideally within food, fresh produce, or gifting
  • Strong knowledge of plant health, pests/diseases, and horticultural compliance
  • A meticulous eye for detail and high presentation standards
  • Confidence in data analysis, inspection records, and reporting
  • Leadership qualities to inspire and manage a team
  • Working knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS, and customer-specific standards
