Our gift department is growing fast, and we’re looking for an NPD Gifting Developer to help shape the future of our gifting ranges. This is an exciting opportunity to take new ideas from concept to launch, working on products that delight customers and drive growth in a competitive market.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll bring fresh thinking and creativity to our gifting ranges – from flowers and packaging through to added-value items and hardware. Using insights, data and trend forecasting, you’ll generate innovative ideas, develop product specifications, and manage projects from start to finish. You’ll work closely with suppliers across the UK, Europe and the Far East, ensuring every development meets our high standards for quality, sustainability and ethical sourcing.
Collaboration is key: you’ll partner with commercial, technical, procurement and packaging colleagues, as well as engaging directly with retail customers, to ensure products launch on time, on budget and to the highest standards.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a creative, ambitious and detail-driven individual who loves spotting market opportunities and turning them into commercially successful products. You’ll bring:
- Experience in product development within gifting, hardware, cosmetics, or related categories.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage critical paths and deadlines.
- An eye for design and detail, with knowledge of different materials and substrates.
- Experience of ethical sourcing and working with global suppliers.
- A balance of creativity and analytical thinking – blending insight with design to deliver stand-out products.
- Adobe Creative Suite experience (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) is desirable.
- A degree in design or marketing, plus food/gifting industry experience.
