Quality Manager in Alconbury

MM Flowers is looking for a Quality Manager – Gifting to lead food safety, quality and compliance across our gifting division. You’ll ensure raw materials and finished goods meet the highest standards while driving improvement and leading a dedicated quality team.

What you’ll do:

• Lead food safety, HACCP, and FSMS for gifting
• Oversee raw material & finished goods quality
• Develop and mentor the quality team
• Analyse quality data and drive improvements
• Collaborate with Procurement, Production & NPD

What we’re looking for:

• Quality management experience in the food industry
• Skilled in inspections, data analysis & reporting
• Proven team leadership abilities
