About the Role

As an NPD Designer, you’ll work closely with the Senior NPD Designer to deliver both New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD) projects. From concept creation to launch, you’ll play a key role in designing high-quality products, preparing customer-ready samples, and ensuring projects run smoothly. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for creativity, trends, and product development—especially within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Creative Design & Innovation
    • Develop inspiring product designs aligned with customer briefs and trends
    • Create sample bouquets and product concepts to a high standard
    • Bring fresh ideas to support innovation and category growth
  • Project Support
    • Assist in managing timelines, critical paths, and project milestones
    • Support delivery from concept through to production readiness
  • Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Prepare samples and materials for customer presentations
    • Work cross-functionally with commercial, technical, and operations teams
    • Support range reviews and development requests
  • Organisation & Operations
    • Maintain the NPD studio, tools, and resources
    • Manage materials, samples, and inventory trackers
    • Support packaging briefs, artwork approvals, and admin tasks

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience or interest in product design/development (FMCG, floristry, or similar)
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and innovation
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work across teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Experience in floristry, horticulture, or gifting
  • Knowledge of trends, consumer insights, or packaging processes
