The Head of Business Systems plays a key strategic role in shaping and delivering MM Flowers’ enterprise systems strategy, enabling digital transformation and operational excellence across the organisation. This role provides leadership and oversight for all business systems, data integrations, and technology solutions that underpin MM Flowers’ operations. The postholder will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure that systems are scalable, secure, and aligned to strategic business goals.
The position is responsible for optimising system performance, delivering transformational programmes such as ERP and IBP implementations, and ensuring that MM Flowers’ technology landscape evolves in line with business growth and innovation objectives.
- Develop and deliver a clear enterprise systems strategy and roadmap aligned with the company’s overall digital transformation plan.
- Define governance and frameworks to ensure system integrity, performance, and continuous improvement.
