Overview: M & M Demolition is looking for experienced Site Supervisors to provide essential support for the delivery of demolition projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision: Directly supervise demolition operatives and machine operators to ensure tasks are completed correctly.
- Compliance: Ensure that all works are performed in strict accordance with site-specific RAMS.
- Communication: Deliver daily briefings to the site team to set expectations for the day.
- Safety Oversight: Continuously monitor health and safety to prevent incidents.
- Logistics: Coordinate site deliveries and manage the movement of plant machinery.
- Inspections: Regularly carry out site inspections to ensure standards are met.
- Progress Reporting: Report site progress and any issues directly to Site Management.
- Housekeeping: Maintain high standards of site housekeeping to ensure a safe working environment.
- Best Practice: Ensure safe working practices are followed at all times by everyone on site.
Requirements:
Essential: CCDO Supervisor Card, SSSTS, demolition experience, First Aid certification, strong communication skills, and a Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable: Temporary Works Supervisor, Asbestos Awareness, Fire Marshal, and CAT & Genny.
