Overview: We are recruiting experienced demolition machine operators to operate a variety of plant across our diverse projects throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plant Operation: Operate demolition excavators safely and efficiently.
  • Attachments: Utilize various demolition attachments, including shears, pulverisers, grabs, and breakers, as required by the job.
  • Inspections: Conduct daily plant inspections to ensure equipment is fit for purpose.
  • Site Safety: Work in strict accordance with lift plans, RAMS, and designated exclusion zones.
  • Processing: Assist in loading and processing demolition materials for removal or recycling.
  • Maintenance: Maintain plant cleanliness and promptly report any mechanical defects to site management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with banksmen and supervisors to ensure safe site operation.

Requirements:

Essential: CPCS or NPORS Excavator qualification, experience using demolition attachments, good understanding of demolition techniques, and a Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable: High Reach Demolition qualification, Material Rehandler experience, Asbestos Awareness, and a Safety Critical Medical.
