Description

About the role

Marriage Reset is an online coaching offer.

We help married men repair their marriages, and we have grown quickly on the back of paid advertising: Meta, Google and You Tube ads that lead to a video sales letter and a booked call with our sales team.

Roughly 80% of our revenue comes through that funnel.

The paid marketing team is led by the Head of Growth and includes our direct response marketers, media buyer and video editors.

They set the strategy, write the ads, manage the spend and produce the creative.

We need one person to run everything underneath them, and that is this role.

You will own the weekly numbers the team works from, the project system the work moves through, the checklist every ad passes before it goes live, the landing page and email builds, and the group of video editors who turn scripts into finished ads.

Done well, the Head of Growth never has to assemble a report, fix a Click Up board or ask whether something has shipped.

This is a new seat.

The team will grow, and the systems you build are the ones new joiners will work from.

Nobody has held this role full-time before, so part of the job is working out how it should run.

Why we are hiring

At the moment the reporting, quality checks, page builds and editor coordination are spread across several people who each have other priorities.

Nobody has this as their whole job, so the weekly numbers arrive late, compliance gets checked at the final review rather than before it, and builds wait behind copy.

We want one full-time person to take all of that and run it properly.

What you will be responsible for

Reporting.

The weekly marketing dashboard and Monday report: spend, cost per call, opt-in rate, return on ad spend, win rate per writer and the number of ads launched, reconciled across the ad platforms, Hyros and the CRM.

A monthly summary by funnel stage.

If a number is wrong, you are the one who notices.

Systems.

Our Click Up workspace for marketing: the production pipeline, statuses, dashboards, templates and the intake from Slack.

Written procedures and naming conventions for every repeatable process.

An asset library organised well enough that nobody has to search Google Drive.

Quality control.

A compliance and QA checklist on every ad and email before it reaches the Head of

Growth: banned words, claims, naming, landing page, tracking.

A log of what launched, where and when.

Builds.

Landing page variants and new funnel pages in Go High Level or Click Funnels.

Email sequences and automations in Active Campaign.

Split-test setup.

You build from the copywriter's text to the Head of Growth's brief.

Video editors.

Day-to-day management of the editor pool: the weekly meeting, the flow of briefs, turnaround and revision targets, onboarding, screening applicants and tracking the bonus scheme.

The Senior Direct Response Marketer approves the creative; you keep it moving.

The Head of Growth's week.

Keeping every deliverable and deadline visible and on track, and flagging anything that is going to be late before it is.

Booking recording sessions, running the meeting calendar, onboarding new starters, managing tool access and subscriptions.

Automation.

We use Claude, Chat GPT and similar tools every day. Anything repeatable, whether that is reporting, QA checks, drafting procedures or reconciling data, is yours to automate.

  • What good looks like after a year
  • One weekly report, delivered before the Monday meeting every week, that the team trusts without double-checking.
  • No banned words, claims problems or tracking errors reaching the Head of Growth's review.
  • Every page and sequence delivered by the date in Click Up. A page variant goes from brief to live in three working days.
  • A Click Up workspace and set of written procedures that a new hire can work from on their second day.
  • Editors turning briefs around in 48 hours with at least 70% approved first time, with clear targets for each editor.
  • The Head of Growth doing no operational work and chasing nothing.
  • Every process that can sensibly be automated, automated.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a marketing operations, campaign operations or funnel-build role, ideally in an online coaching, course or direct-response business, or an agency that serves them.

You have results you can put numbers on.

  • You have built and maintained a Click Up workspace (or Asana, Monday or Notion) that other people relied on, and you are the person colleagues ask when they want to know how the system works.
  • You have built pages in Go High Level or Click Funnels and sequences in Active Campaign (or Klaviyo or Hub Spot) without needing a tutorial.
  • You notice the number that does not add up. You would rather be slightly late than send something with a mistake in it.
  • You do not need managing. You have owned a recurring task, such as a weekly report or a daily check, for a year or more without missing it and without being reminded.
  • You taught yourself the hardest tool you use. When there is no procedure and nobody to ask, you work it out.
  • You have coordinated freelancers or a small creative team to deadlines and kept them on schedule without being their manager.
  • You are an expert with Claude or similar AI tools such as Grok Bot/Viktor. You use AI tools daily and have automated at least one real piece of work with them.
  • Native-level written English.

You will be reviewing edited videos, and must be able to notice spelling errors.

You will be writing the procedures, checklists and reports the whole team reads.

  • You want to be excellent at operations, you take satisfaction in doing a repeatable thing properly, and you want a company you can stay with for several years.

You are not looking for a route into copywriting or into running your own agency.

  • You are quick to respond. During the working day you reply to messages within minutes rather than within hours.
  • This is probably not the role for you if
  • You need a documented process before you can start. Here, you write the process.
  • You want to work with several clients at once. This is a full-time, exclusive position.
  • You would rather analyse than build. About a third of the job is hands-on work in Go High Level, Click Funnels, Active Campaign or Click Up.
  • You are not comfortable telling a senior colleague that their work is late.
  • You mainly want to manage people. You will run the editor pool, but most of your week is systems, data, quality control and builds.
  • You are planning to learn how we do things and set up on your own in eighteen months.
  • You prefer to batch your messages a couple of times a day. We expect responses on slack to your boss within minutes during the regular working hours.
  • Pay and practicalities
  • Full-time contractor, paid monthly in US dollars.

Pay is competitive and above market rate for your location, set against the experience you can demonstrate, plus an annual bonus of up to 10% against targets that are within your control.

  • Fully remote.

You need to work core hours in a European or Dubai time zone.

We are open to any location that fits those hours, but we are not hiring in the Americas for this role.

  • Software and AI tools are paid for by the company. There is a clear path to a Marketing Operations Manager title as the paid team grows.
  • We do not run a fixed nine to five and we do not track hours, but this is a role the rest of the team depends on.

You need to be online and reachable through the working day in a European or Dubai time zone, reply quickly as a rule, and be contactable outside those hours if something is very urgent.

Slack is the main channel and your Click Up status is your update.

Benefits

  • Work from Anywhere
  • Fully remote position. Core hours in a European or Dubai time zone.
  • Performance Bonus
  • Annual bonus of up to 10% of your fee, tied to targets fully within your control.
  • Tools Covered
  • Software and AI tools (Claude, Chat GPT and similar) paid for by the company.
  • Ownership & Impact
  • You won't just fill a role, you'll build the systems and processes the whole marketing team runs on.
  • Growth Path
  • A clear path to a Marketing Operations Manager title as the paid team grows.
