MM Coaching Limited helps men save their marriages through results-oriented online coaching, often succeeding where traditional counselling falls short. In under three years, we have achieved 10x growth and continue expanding rapidly, delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients every day.
We focus on growth and exceptional coaching for our clients and team members. By creating a high-performance, positive environment, we have helped thousands of clients save their marriages and achieve their full potential through direct support, coaching, and consulting.
We are looking for an experienced Creative Director (Copy-led) who will co-lead the company’s voice and messaging alongside our Co-Founder. You will own copy and creative direction across all customer touchpoints and drive measurable improvements in conversions, revenue, and audience engagement.
You will work directly with the Co-Founder as the Copy Chief and Creative Lead, partnering with Growth/Media to support creative testing and iteration, and directing Creative Production (copywriters, designers, and video editors) to execute at a high standard.
Core Responsibilities
- Own and optimize all company messaging and creative strategy across the funnel, ensuring high conversion rates, consistent brand voice, and predictable performance.
- Own messaging strategy and copy architecture across the funnel (cold traffic → conversion).
- Develop campaign concepts, hooks, angles, and creative strategy for evergreen and launches.
- Build scalable systems: Brand Voice Playbook, frameworks, templates, SOPs.
- Write and edit performance copy: paid ads, landing pages, VSL/webinar scripts, email sequences, YouTube scripts.
- Review and refine founder-created content with strategic edits and feedback.
- Create frameworks/templates that make copy production scalable and consistent.
- Brief and direct copywriters/video editors, maintaining creative vision, quality, and speed across outputs.
- Run reviews and provide clear, actionable feedback to contractors.
- Build and maintain the Brand Voice Playbook and messaging guidelines.
- Own QA and final approvals across all channels (proofing, links, formatting, tone, claims checks).
- Partner with Media Buyer to test and iterate based on performance data (CTR, CVR, VSL watch time, booking rate, revenue per lead/call).
- Conduct voice-of-customer research and translate insights into messaging that converts.
Requirements
- Senior direct-response copywriter/creative strategist with 7+ years' experience in coaching, education, and DTC.
- Proven track record building $1M+ high-ticket funnels (book-a-call, webinar, VSL).
- Strong in paid ads copywriting, landing pages, email sequences, VSL/webinar scripts, and YouTube scripts.
- Able to capture, protect, and elevate a founder-led brand voice.
- Highly analytical and optimization-focused (commercial outcomes, not vanity metrics).
- Experienced in voice-of-customer research (calls, testimonials, objections) and turning it into angles that convert.
- Comfortable leading creative direction across contractors (concept → brief → review → approve).
- Confident giving direct, constructive feedback.
- Detail-obsessed with strong QA instincts and final-approval ownership.
- Clear, reliable communicator with strong async habits (Slack/Loom).
- Proficient with AI tools to increase output without weakening fundamentals.
- Strong people manager – able to manage the creative team to a high standard.
- Comfortable hiring, onboarding, and offboarding team members when needed to protect output quality.
Nice to have: First-hand experience of long-term marriage dynamics (helps you write with nuance for our audience).
Benefits
- Location: Fully remote.
- Commitment: Full-time contractor (Limited Company / Sole Trader).
- Rate: $5,000 - $10,000 per month.
- Hours: Flexible schedule, with availability for scheduled calls during UK / Europe / US business hours.
