We’re looking for a highly organised, commercially driven Talent Manager to join a growing sports management, content and activation agency. The business represents a roster of world-class athletes and creators across endurance sport and performance-led disciplines — including triathlon, cycling, running and hybrid fitness — working with Olympic and World Champions as well as emerging talent shaping the future of the space.
This is a key hire within a small, ambitious agency environment. You’ll need to be comfortable operating in a hands-on, fast-paced setting where no two days look the same, and where you’ll play a central role in both talent management and commercial growth. We’re looking for someone who genuinely understands sport and creator culture — and where a passion for sport comes through clearly in your experience and CV.
The Role
- As Talent Manager, you will lead relationships across both talent and brands — driving commercial opportunities while delivering best-in-class social and content-led campaigns.
Talent & Roster Growth
- Identify, outreach to, and sign high-potential athletes and creators
- Build strong, long-term relationships with talent, supporting their development and positioning
- Curate a roster focused on quality, credibility, and long-term growth within endurance and performance sport
Brand Partnerships & Commercial Growth
- Develop and nurture relationships with brands to unlock partnership opportunities
- Pitch creator and social marketing strategies aligned to brand objectives (awareness, consideration, conversion)
- Lead the development of proposals, pitch decks, and campaign concepts
- Proactively drive new business across brand partnerships and social campaigns
Campaign & Client Management
- Manage a roster of athletes and creators, owning partnerships end-to-end
- Negotiate commercial terms, deliverables, and activation plans
- Plan and execute campaigns across social, content, events, and brand collaborations
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and in line with contractual obligations
Strategy & Agency Growth
- Work closely with senior leadership to shape and evolve the agency’s offering
- Contribute to overall business growth, bringing ideas and commercial opportunities
- Deliver against KPIs across talent growth, campaign performance, and revenue
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in talent management, influencer marketing, social campaigns, or brand partnerships
- Background in an influencer agency, social/comms agency, or talent management environment
- Strong understanding of how to manage creators and deliver social-first campaigns
- Proven experience securing and managing brand partnerships
- Deep knowledge of social platforms, trends, and performance marketing
- A genuine passion for sport — particularly endurance or performance sport — clearly demonstrated in your background
- Confident communicator and negotiator with strong relationship-building skills
- Highly organised, comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a small, fast-growing agency environment with a hands-on approach
What You’ll Get
- £50,000 base salary
- Discretionary performance bonus
- Pension scheme
- Enhanced parental leave
- Ongoing training and development opportunities
