This is a senior operational role for someone calm under pressure, highly organised and confident managing complex productions. • Manage timelines, workflows, approvals and multiple stakeholders
  • Lead shoot production end-to-end, including pre-production, shoot days and post
  • Build and manage production budgets, tracking costs and flagging risks early
  • Plan around talent, access, rights and sporting calendar constraints
  • Manage suppliers and production partners, ensuring quality, timelines and costs are controlled

What we’re looking for

  • Strong understanding of content, social and production workflows
  • Experience working with sports brands, teams or rights holders (preferred)
  • Proven budget management and stakeholder confidence
  • Detail-driven, solutions-focused and calm in fast-moving environments
