This role sits within the Guest Experience team at a high-growth sports agency, leading the design and delivery of standout hospitality programmes for global, high-end sports clients.
You will take ownership of the full hospitality journey: from concepting creative experiences, managing budgets and suppliers, shaping menus and layouts, through to flawless onsite delivery. You will take the lead across all things food and beverage. It's a hands-on role for someone equally comfortable presenting to clients as they are managing teams on the ground.
We're looking for someone from an agency or rights holder background, with proven experience delivering large-scale, premium experiences across sport or entertainment. You'll have a sharp eye for detail, a strong grasp of trends in consumer experience, and a genuine passion for sport, food, drink and culture.
Responsibilities:- Take ownership of the full hospitality journey: from concepting creative experiences, managing budgets and suppliers, shaping menus and layouts, through to flawless onsite delivery.
- Lead across all things food and beverage.
- Be hands-on and comfortable presenting to clients as well as managing teams on the ground.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale, premium experiences across sport or entertainment.
- Sharp eye for detail and strong grasp of trends in consumer experience.
- Genuine passion for sport, food, drink and culture.
- Confident leading teams and managing senior stakeholders.
- Strong across budgets, P&L and procurement.
- Comfortable working across live environments and corporate settings.
- Organised, proactive and solutions-focused.
- Happy to travel internationally up to 10–12 weeks per year.
- Hybrid working, with at least 3 days per week in the London office.
- UK right to work required.
