My client, a major player in global sport, is preparing to launch an exciting new eCommerce platform and is looking for an experienced eCommerce and Licensing Manager to join their Commercial team.

Location: Hybrid (London HQ + WFH flexibility)

Team: Commercial

Reports to: Senior Licensing Manager

This is a brilliant opportunity to be right at the centre of a high-profile digital retail programme. You’ll lead the day-to-day management of the ecommerce site, work with a range of internal teams (Brand, Digital, Broadcast, Insights), and play a key role in driving revenue growth across a global licensing portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the ecommerce site and relationship with the ecommerce partner
  • Shape and execute product and retail strategy
  • Optimise digital marketing performance (SEO, CRM, paid media, etc.)
  • Collaborate across departments to deliver an exceptional user experience
  • Support licensees to maximise their commercial opportunities

What we’re looking for:

  • Solid experience in ecommerce, licensing, or digital retail WITHIN SPORT this is an absolute MUST
  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
  • A data-led mindset with a passion for digital growth
