We're working with one of London's leading integrated communications agencies to find a Senior Account Manager to join the team on an initial 3-month contract, with the opportunity to move into a permanent role. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a major global consumer brand, helping deliver integrated campaigns that sit at the intersection of brand, culture, earned media, social and influencer marketing.
The Agency
Our client is one of the world's most respected communications agencies, known for creating culturally relevant campaigns that generate genuine conversation and deliver commercial impact. Bringing together PR, social, creative, influencer, strategy and digital under one roof, they partner with some of the world's biggest brands to produce award-winning work that shapes culture rather than simply reacting to it. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where creativity and strategic thinking go hand in hand, this is an excellent opportunity.
The Role
You'll be the day-to-day lead across a flagship consumer account, helping to develop and deliver integrated campaigns that connect brands with audiences in meaningful ways. Working closely with strategy, creative, social and influencer teams, you'll help identify cultural opportunities, manage campaign delivery from briefing through execution and ensure work consistently delivers against both brand and commercial objectives. This role would suit someone who thrives in earned-first communications but understands how PR, social, creators, partnerships and paid media work together to maximise campaign impact.
What We're Looking For
- Senior Account Manager experience within an integrated communications, PR or brand marketing agency.
- Strong experience delivering integrated campaigns across earned media, social, influencer and partnerships.
- A genuine passion for brands, culture and consumer behaviour.
- Excellent understanding of how brands can participate authentically in cultural moments and trends.
- Experience working closely with marketing teams and senior clients.
- Confident managing multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Strong commercial awareness alongside excellent project management skills.
- Comfortable collaborating with creative, strategy, social and creator teams.
- Experience measuring campaign success across both communications and wider marketing objectives.
The Opportunity
- Initial 3-month freelance contract with a genuine opportunity to become permanent.
- £250 per day contract rate.
- Permanent salary of £45,000–£50,000 if the role converts.
- Work on one of the world's best-known consumer brands.
- Join a collaborative, ambitious agency with an outstanding reputation for integrated communications and culture-led campaigns.
- Immediate start preferred.
If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you. Please send your CV to megan@mlstalent.com. If your experience is a strong match, we'll be in touch to arrange an initial conversation.
