An award-winning independent creative agency (20+ years in sport & entertainment) is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the UK & Europe – with London firmly in the spotlight.

Responsibilities:

  • Building and owning your own sales pipeline
  • Prospecting, opening doors and creating opportunities
  • Leading pitches and responding to briefs/RFPs
  • Shaping proposals with the studio team
  • Negotiating and closing deals
  • Selling brand, design, digital and campaign work into sport & entertainment

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Has agency-side BD experience (creative / branding / marketing)
  • Understands the sports industry and ideally has a network
  • Can evidence revenue wins, not just “supported pitches”
  • Is confident, commercially sharp and comfortable being front of house
  • Still enjoys being on the tools rather than hiding behind strategy decks
