Associate Director - Sponsorship & PR .

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a globally recognised sportswear brand that is passionate about creativity, cultural relevance and producing work that gets people talking.

They're looking for an agency partner that brings fresh thinking, develops standout integrated campaigns and creates meaningful connections with fans and consumers.

You'll be joining an ambitious agency at an exciting stage of its growth, working closely with the founders and senior leadership team to help shape both client relationships and the future direction of the business.

The role

This is a senior client leadership role where you'll lead integrated sponsorship and PR campaigns from strategy through to delivery, acting as a trusted advisor to clients while overseeing internal teams and agency partners.

The role sits at the intersection of sponsorship, PR and integrated marketing .

We're looking for someone who is equally comfortable developing sponsorship activation campaigns as they are leading earned media programmes, ensuring every campaign works seamlessly across PR, social, content, influencer, experiential and paid media.

You'll understand how sponsorship can become a powerful communications platform, using integrated marketing channels to maximise reach, engagement and commercial impact.

Alongside delivering exceptional work, you'll build strong client relationships, inspire teams, champion creative thinking and play a key role in helping the agency continue its impressive growth.

We're looking for someone who has

  • Strong experience leading integrated sponsorship and PR campaigns.
  • A solid understanding of sponsorship activation, earned media and brand communications.
  • Experience delivering campaigns across PR, social, content, influencer, experiential and paid media.
  • Excellent client management skills with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to develop and sell ambitious integrated ideas.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Commercial awareness and a genuine desire to help grow both clients and the agency.
