Job Description

Legal Finance Assistant We are excited to share that we are working with a highly reputable growing law firm based in Liverpool. They are looking to recruit a Legal Finance Assistant to join their expanding finance department and will report to the Legal Finance Manager.

Key responsibilities:

  • Outgoing Client and Office Payments
  • Incoming client money
  • Daily HMLR
  • Banking
  • Cheque Printing
  • Incoming Card Payments
  • Petty Cash
  • Cover Purchase Ledger
  • Assist team with slip postings
  • Adhoc tasks

Required Experience/Skills

  • Competent computer skills including Proclaim, Excel, Outlook and Teams
  • Numerical and literacy skills
  • Excellent time management, organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem solving ability
  • Accuracy
  • Flexibility to include paid overtime when the department requires.
